SEAT EXTENDS VEHICLE WARRANTY COVERAGE BY THREE MONTHS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

  • SEAT has extended the warranty cover for vehicles that expired between March and May 2020
  • SEAT reaffirms its commitment to keeping customers mobile (within government guidelines)
  • This measure has been implemented due to retailer closure as a result of COVID-19 pandemic

Martorell, 12/05/2020. SEAT has extended the warranty cover of all vehicles by three months due to the closure of retailers because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The extension applies to all warranties that have, or are due to expire, between 1st March 2020 and 31st May 2020. This covers Mii Electric, Ibiza, Leon, Arona, Ateca, Tarraco, Alhambra and CUPRA models.

This extension is free of charge and applies to both the standard warranty for new vehicles and any warranty extensions purchased by the customer from a SEAT retailer.

This is being offered by SEAT on a voluntary basis and is not subject to any additional purchases or future obligations.

The reopening of SEAT UK’s nationwide retailer network will be subject to further announcement in line with the latest government guidelines.

SEAT retailers are working responsibly within communities, complying with the latest government advice on COVID-19. If a customer has an enquiry, is due to book a service for their vehicle, or in need of urgent vehicle maintenance, they should contact their local retailers for support or call Customer Services Centre on 0114 450 3248.
